The project consisted of an assessment to evaluate the associated costs to renovate the existing 2 story building. The assessment of the 6,800 square foot space included the current condition of the building's MEP system. Services included  recommendations and options of systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, cost estimates for those recommendations, and recommended phase options for desired work.
