Phillip Preston is a registered Mechanical Engineer with more than 19 years of experience designing mechanical systems and four years of experience as an AC contractor. His area of expertise is designing sophisticated heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. Phillip has managed various types of projects that include Transit, Educational, Municipal, Medical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Data Centers, as well as various scales of Office Space. He also has performed facility condition assessments of a myriad of buildings to make recommendations for upgrades and revisions to their respective HVAC systems. Through a career-long exposure to a diverse range of projects, Phillip has built a pragmatic knowledge base of mechanical design.
